Study On Stakeholder Management In The Construction Of Urban Rail Transit Communication System

Urban rail transit system is a comprehensive system which integrates many sub-specialties such as vehicle,power supply,communication,signal,automatic ticket selling,comprehensive monitoring,and fire fighting and so on.It has the characteristics of many specialties,large scale,long construction period,difficult management,and many industry organizations involved by stakeholders.This paper tries to answer the question of how to identify project stakeholders accurately,that is,to analyze the position,project role and interest relevance of different stakeholders.This paper hopes to enrich the stakeholder management method in the context of urban rail transit project in theory and formulate an accurate,reasonable and effective stakeholder management strategy in practice,so as to play a certain role in the success of deposited projects.Based on the basic theory of project management and stakeholder management and the method of stakeholder analysis,this paper takes Beijing Rail Transit Line X project as the research object,and applies the methods of literature reading and case analysis to explore the stakeholder management in urban rail transit communication system construction project.Firstly,the status quo of the project management is analyzed,including the classification of stakeholders and the analysis of driving factors,the dynamic management of stakeholder's active identification management,participation motivation management,participation process management,etc.Then,the key factors affecting stakeholder management are screened out by using the analytic hierarchy process,including the process control of project change,the real expectations and requirements of stakeholders.Gender,different cultural identification of stakeholders,planning the implementation of social responsibilities related to stakeholders,analyzing stakeholder's influence on projects,evaluating the performance of stakeholder management,planning stakeholder communication paths at different stages,and acquiring more necessary knowledge and knowledge updating;finally,the key influencing factors are analyzed and summarized,in view of key influencing factors,combined with management theory,and so on.The management strategies of stakeholders include improving the communication management system of stakeholders,enhancing the cultural identity of the project,and establishing a sound information sharing system.Compared with previous studies,the innovation of this paper is to combine the stakeholder management theory with the whole life cycle of urban rail transit communication system construction project.The theoretical significance is to make up for the research gap of stakeholder management in urban rail transit communication project.The practical significance is to identify and rank the stakeholder's priorities,and to work out the stakeholders' priorities for such projects.Objectives Stakeholder Register.Future research can be further expanded in the application of project stakeholder management to the improvement of rail transit proj ect management.
