| With the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction of insufficient supply of medical facilities is becoming increasingly prominent in medium-sized cities.Accompanied by the construction of high-rise ward building is also gradually increasing.At present,there are some problems in the design theory and practice of high-rise ward buildings in our country,such as the lack of comprehensive and detailed research on the relationship between the number of elevators and the number of beds in high-rise ward buildings,which leads to the long stay time of passengers in the waiting room of high-rise ward buildings and the poor environmental quality of elevator rooms.Therefore,reasonable number of elevators,appropriate waiting room area and comfortable waiting environment become the focus of this study.Good elevator transportation system plays an important role in improving the quality of high-rise ward building.The traffic system of high-rise elevator includes two aspects: the number of elevators and the comfort area index of waiting hall.Elevator is the main vertical transportation means in high-rise ward building,which bears the main function and task of timely transportation of people flow.As the main place for gathering and distributing people in waiting room,its comfort can alleviate the anxious mental state of people in waiting room.Up to now,our country still lacks a complete theoretical research system for elevator traffic system and waiting space design.The design parameters are based on foreign data.In the design process,most of them rely on experience and "old" norms.As a result,the number of elevators can not fully meet the requirements of practical use,causing passengers to stay in waiting hall,unable to reach the target floor in time,and even more.Tolerate bad waiting environment.In this paper,the data of elevator traffic system of high-rise ward buildings in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region have been investigated in detail,and the main problems in elevator traffic system of high-rise ward buildings in third-class hospitals in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region have been summarized as follows: 1.Long waiting time 2.Less number of elevators 3.Insufficient area of waiting hall.In view of the above problems,this paper summarizes the appropriate conditions for the reasonableallocation of elevator transportation system in high-rise ward buildings in China.1.Functional relationship between the number of elevators and the number of beds;2.Reasonable waiting time;3.Appropriate waiting room area and environmental design.Then,introducing the relevant research results at home and abroad,the elevator configuration of high-rise ward building is calculated in detail,and the parameters of relevant calculation indicators are modified locally to find the strategy of elevator traffic system quantity allocation suitable for high-rise ward building of medium and large general hospitals in China.At the same time,a quick look-up table of elevator quantity allocation is compiled for quick reference.Secondly,through on-site investigation and questionnaire results,this paper studies the layout and environmental design problems of waiting room in high-rise ward building.In order to effectively improve the comfort of the waiting room,the concept of psychological safety scope is put forward.The area of the waiting room satisfying the psychological safety is calculated by combining the space design of the waiting room,and reasonable suggestions on the comfort design of the waiting room are put forward.Finally,the results of practical project application research are checked and optimization measures are put forward. |
