A Research Of The User Environmental Behavior In The Waiting Room Of Hospital

Modern hospitals have been important places where diseases are cured,lives are continued and health is taken good care of,so the whole medical environment is concerned increasingly by people.Under the environment of "Biology-Psychology-Sociology Pattern", People focus on the health about the physiological and psychological.The tendency of the 21 century's medical construction is to creat the high quality,healthy,comfortable treating and working environment.During the diagnosis procedure,one spends most of the time at waiting of the whole diagnosis process.Waiting room becomes the place where the patients stay most of the time. But some architects ignored the design of the most important part on the hospital.Thus,this paper aims to the user environment-behaviour in waiting room as the main research subjects. Firstly,putting forward the question that based on the investigations of exist phenomenants at the waiting room in our country.Then,we choice The Secod Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medial University as the case.This research targets were the patients and the companies(the health people).The research explored their demand of the space and satisfaction after using the space and the difference of importance and perception.Through data survey,observation on the spot,interview,questionnaire survey,Based on the thories of environment-behaviour while as the research methods,this paper systematically and profoundly analyses the needs of human behavior to special environment and the influence of special environment to human behaviour from different angles and levels,to study the relationship and the demand between the behavioour of user and the environment.At last,the researcher generalized the characteristics of waiting space and further proposed the suggestion with respect to waiting space.The research has importantly realistic meaning on the development of waiting room of the case hospial and space construction of the other medical facilities.
