With the sustained and rapid development of China’s economy,the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and the government’s attention to people’s livelihood issues,medical buildings are in the period of rapid development.By 2019,there are 1004,000medical and health institutions,34,000 hospitals and 267,000 outpatient departments in China,and the number of patients received throughout the year reaches 3.577 billion[1].In recent years,there have been many researches on hospital buildings,and many scholars have studied the thermal comfort of hospital patients,medical staff,and escort staff,but there are relatively few researches on the waiting area and pregnant women.This paper investigates the status of the thermal environment in the waiting area of the hospital and the thermal comfort of pregnant women and escorts,and discusses the thermal sensation of pregnant women in different gestation periods and the difference between them and escorts.Firstly,in this paenenper,the maternity waiting area in winter,the spring and summer season three hot wet environment and subjective thermal sensation of the waiting staff the locale measurement of environmental parameters and questionnaires,we obtained 3054 valid questionnaires,summer,winter and spring questionnaire number is respectively 1477,1117,460,the subjects were divided into escorts,mid pregnancy and late pregnancy,the early stages of pregnancy four categories,each of the questionnaires amount not less than 50 of the crowd.After the questionnaire was collected,the subjects’basic conditions,activity level,thermal resistance of clothing,indoor environmental parameters(Temperature,Humidity,Wind Speed,Air Quality)and subjective evaluation during the test period were statistically analyzed to obtain the status quo of the thermal and humid environment in the waiting area and the thermal comfort of pregnant women in each season.Secondly,on this basis,the Bin method is adopted to obtain the predicted and measured neutral temperature of each season through the linear fitting of subjective thermal sensation(TSV)and predicted average thermal sensation(PMV)with air temperature(Ta),operating temperature(Top)and standard effective temperature(SET)respectively.The number of patients waiting for treatment in each temperature interval was counted for the expected increase and decrease of the ambient temperature.The thermal expectation and cold expectation were analyzed by probit regression to obtain the thermal expectation of patients waiting for treatment in each season.Probability unit regression analysis was carried out on the acceptable vote of the waiting staff within each temperature interval,and 20%dissatisfaction rate was taken as the response curve to obtain the comfortable temperature range of 80%subjects in each season.The results showed that the neutral temperature of pregnant women in different gestation periods decreased with the lengthening of pregnancy,with the largest difference in summer and the smallest difference in spring.After comprehensive consideration of escort personnel and pregnant women,the acceptable air temperature range of obstetrical waiting area in winter,spring and summer is 18.49~24.81℃,24.25~26.82℃and 24.13~27.13℃,respectively.In winter,spring and summer,the acceptable operating temperatures in obstetric waiting areas were 20.27-23.46℃,24.21-26.39℃and23.82-28.03℃,respectively.In winter,spring and summer,the acceptable standard effective temperatures in obstetrical waiting areas were 21.31~25.15℃,21.24~26.98℃and21.04~26.29℃,respectively.Through the linear fitting of MTSV and PMV,the acceptable PMV range of each population was combined with the actual PMV range,and the actual acceptable PMV range of waiting room staff in winter,spring and summer was-2.04~0.28,-1.73~-0.03,-1.73~0.81,respectively.Finally,based on the above study found that different thermal neutral temperature pregnant women during pregnancy there is obvious difference,in order to analyze the summer waiting area air conditioning system unified control whether can meet the needs of pregnant women during pregnancy for heat,with the aid of CFD simulation software,set up a measurement model of the waiting room,through the simulation to unified control mode can’t satisfy the needs of pregnant women during pregnancy for heat,combined with the needs of pregnant women during pregnancy for thermal differences and the measured waiting area partial hot,adopts zone control method to optimize a waiting room thermal environment in order to satisfy the demands of obstetric waiting room all waiting staff of heat.Through many simulation calculations,the wind speed of the inner wall side tuyere is 2.25m/s,and that of the middle and outer wall side tuyere is 2.0m/s,which can basically meet the different thermal needs of pregnant women in different pregnancy periods in the obstetrics waiting area.
