"Labor Contract Law" strengthens the protection of legitimate right and interestof workers in the design of many systems, which also means that the employer willthus takes on more duties and responsibilities. The promulgating of "Labor ContractLaw" is significant to build harmonious labor relationship, but it means opportunityand challenge to the employer. In order to meet the requirements of the "LaborContract Law", the employer should improve labor relations management policies andstrategies, innovative labor relations management, standardize the behavior ofenterprises and employment, reduce and prevent labor relations legal riskmanagement process.In this paper, human resource management theory and the theory of the LaborContract Law was used to analyze the actual status of labor relations management ofAnhui engineering company, as well as influence of "Labor Contract Law" onmanagement of the enterprise labor relations. Except that,the paper also studied howto guard against legal risks in enterprises management work."Labor contract law" has put forward a challenge to the management of laborrelations in enterprises, mainly displays in: the prominent labor relation of thelong-term orientation; requirements of labor contract form standardizationrequirements covering all contract; social insurance; the labor dispatch, the non fulltime employment form of specification requirements; standardize procedures for theformulation of enterprise rules and regulations. This requires Anhui engineeringcompany to regulate the labor contract, employment forms, social insurance. Inaddition, the company also carries on the reform from the recruitment, compensationmanagement, performance appraisal, employee training, in order to adapt to therequirements of the labor contract law. In order to further improve the labor relationmanagement, Anhui engineering company can further improve the employmentsystem, carry out the collective negotiation, the establishment of the laborerdemocratic participation mechanism.
