| It emerges as time goes to study the risks of human resources and deal with risks,and two reasons are below.Firstly,although Chinese and foreign people play an important role in overseas engineering project,different people from different countries are different from work philosophies,work behaviors and work skills.Thus,China construction contractors mainly employ Chinese people to work abroad,so that the project will be constructed timely,with a high quality.Secondly,the outbreak and going of the COVID-19 epidemic have been posing a serious threat to human’s life and health,decreasing the population,changing the concept of people’s value for work and life,impacting the overall labor market,and affecting the production,operation,and development of enterprises and organizations.The research selects project A that is a critical construction project of facility connectivity in Thailand under the Belt and Road Initiative.This research finds a starting point in human willing or unwilling to work in project A.Also,it takes advantage of group dynamics theory,motivation theory,and the risk management system which have been improved by international and domestic authors.In this paper,firstly,the questionnaire is designed for collecting data.Secondly,the descriptive analysis,binary choice model,SEM,and regression model are employed to identify,analyze and evaluate the risk factor and possibility of human willing to work in Thailand project A.Thirdly,the strategy is selected,saying,risk avoidance,risk prevention,risk elimination,and risk chance,and risk measures are taken.One hundred and four questionnaires are answered and collected effectively.Considering the qualitative and quantitative analysis,it comes to the conclusion that five risk factors majorly manipulate human willing or unwilling to work in Thailand project A,saying,education,payroll cycle,times and frequency of going abroad,attachment to family members,and salary.Besides,it is seen that the probability of factors affecting human’s unwillingness to work in Thailand is as follows: higher education,the risk rate reaching 90.2%;longer payroll cycle,the risk rate reaching 10.8%;more times and frequency of going abroad,the risk rate reaching 5.6%;more dependent on family members,the risk rate reaching 1.6%;lower salary,the risk rate reaching 1.4%.Based on the research,it is significant for construction enterprises to conduct the risk management of human resources in confrontation with extreme conditions and cases. |
