Evaluation Of Operation Safety Guarantee Capability Of The High Plateau Airport

In recent years,the number of high plateau Airports and high plateau routes in China has continued to grow,and major domestic airlines have increased their investment in high plateau routes.Behind the sustained growth of traffic volume,there is a higher requirement for the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports.In order to analyze and evaluate the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports more effectively,and to further improve its operation management capability,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports after analyzing its operation characteristics,and on this basis,puts forward an evaluation model of the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,according to the operation characteristics of high plateau airports,this paper establishes an index system to evaluate its safety operation and support capability.Then,analyze the indicator system hierarchically,and the subjective weights of each index are determined.Next,the weights of experts are determined by entropy method.Finally,the final complex weight of each index are determined by the ANP-entropy.According to matter-element theory and extensive comprehensive evaluation,combi ned with the evaluation index system of the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports,a multilevel extensive comprehensive model of the safety operati on and support capability about it is established.Aiming at the multilevel extensive comprehensive model of the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports,and carry on the case study,the level of support capability of the target to be evaluated(X airport)is determined,and the evaluation results of the safety operation and support capability of X airport are analyzed,and suggestions for improvement are put forward.The subject of this paper is "how to evaluate the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports".By analyzing the characteristics and risk factors of high plateau airports,finding out the weak links that affect the operation safety of high plateau airports and puts forward suggestions for improvement.It is very helpful to improve the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports.It also provides a new approach to evaluate the safety operation and support capability of high plateau airports.
