Study On Application Obstacles Of BIM In Engineering Cost Consultation

BIM represents the model concept of building information,i.e.It refers to the application of digital information simulation technology under the premise of engineering project data,construction of three-dimensional building model,simulation and calculation of engineering data,optimization of simulation and prediction analysis scheme,engineering supervision and equipment management,etc.With the vigorous promotion and implementation of BIM by the government and industry,BIM technology is showing advanced productivity at present.Only by attaching importance to and studying the application of BIM technology can it be better recognized by the market and realize the development of enterprises themselves.Therefore,the traditional cost consulting industry also ushered in its reform.BIM technology has incomparable advantages in cost consulting management compared with traditional technology.It is of great significance to improve the cost consulting rate and information management level of construction projects,and to improve the management process of cost consulting industry.BIM technology in China has made some achievements in engineering consulting management.However,the use of BIM for the whole process cost consultation is not much.In view of the problem that BIM consulting is not widely applied,this paper sorted out the factors that may affect the in-depth development of BIM in the cost consulting industry by consulting a large number of literatures and expert interviews,and drew relevant conclusions and put forward optimization Suggestions through questionnaire survey.I hope to promote the development of BIM in the cost consulting industry,so as to better serve the whole process cost consulting industry.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the significance and background of the research,analyzes the development of domestic and foreign cost,clarifies the technical route and content of the research,and analyzes the methods and problems of the research.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories of engineering cost consultation,BIM theory and the advantages of BIM in cost consultation.The third chapter introduces the identification of obstacles in BIM application of engineering cost consulting,finds out the influencing factors,and makes corresponding index analysis to prepare for the next step of data analysis.The fourth chapter introduces the analysis of the obstacles of BIM application in engineering cost consultation.According to the analysis,it comes to the four obstacles of BIM application in cost consultation.The fifth chapter is case analysis.Sixth chapter is based on the AHP-SWOT analysis of our country under the condition of BIM cost consultation application optimization Suggestions,respectively from the lack of BIM technology specification and standard data,technical support,market demand,talent demand optimization Suggestions,hoping to further promote the development of BIM in construction cost consultation industry,the seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.
