Research On Application Of BIM In Information Management Of Cost Consulting Enterprise

In the information age,cost consulting companies need to attach importance to information management to improve their consulting services and capabilities,and provide economic and technical consulting services for construction projects.At present,BIM technology has been widely used in the design and construction of construction projects,but it is relatively rare in cost consulting business.Cost consulting companies need to combine BIM and business to play an advantage role in information management and construction.This will in turn ensure the effective link between the cost consulting business and each phase of the construction project.This paper first analyzes the status quo of the information management company's information management,and summarizes the problems in the four aspects of information collection,processing,sharing and storage.Combining with the scope,business revenue and development trend of business consulting for cost consulting,based on the basic theory and application value of BIM,the impact of BIM on BIM in information management of cost consulting companies is analyzed.Analyze the enterprise's information management needs under business development,and use questionnaire survey and factor analysis to determine the company's main information management needs.Secondly,according to the determined information management requirements,a cost management consulting enterprise information management platform incorporating BIM was constructed,the construction ideas of the platform and the overall design of the platform framework were combed,and the functions of the cost consulting enterprise information management platform were determined as 6 aspects:information data query,information Resource processing,personnel information management,business information management,information communication and collaboration,platform system management.Based on this,according to the transmission of cost information,the entire process of the cost consulting business application layer is established in the platform,including:decision phase,design phase,bidding phase,construction phase,completion phase,and operation and maintenance phase,and platform prototype design.Finally,this article combines a case analysis to analyze the business of a consulting company in Beijing,the current information management status of the enterprise and the problems that exist.In combination with a company's project,the information management improvement is based on the functions and business applications of the information management platform that introduces BIM.Business improvement,analysis of its improvement.From the research results,it can be found that,combining the characteristics of the enterprise consulting business,combining the advantages of BIM with information management can promote the competitiveness of the company's business and the long-term sustainable development of the company.At the same time,it also has an impact on the development of infomatization in the cost consulting industry.
