Research On Selection Of Engineering Cost Consulting Enterprises Of Public Resource Trading Flatform

The engineering cost consulting enterprise plays a vital important role in the reasonable determination,effective control and management of the construction project cost and in the maintenance of the legitimate rights and interests of the construction parties.On the one hand,Due to the frequent occurrence of heavy industry information barriers,vicious low-price competition and uneven consulting service quality in the current cost consulting market,the client has high cost and low efficiency when choosing the project cost consulting enterprise.On the other hand,the public resource transaction project involves the national financial funds and is related to the safety of public works,which requires higher capacity and service quality of engineering cost consulting enterprises.Therefore,we should pay attention to the choice of project cost consulting enterprises based on public resource trading platform.Based on the public resource trading platform as the research subject,this paper aims at establishing a set of index system and model that can scientifically select project cost consulting enterprise.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,it summarizes the literature of engineering cost consultation enterprises and analyzes the characteristics of engineering cost consulting enterprises in combination with the scope of engineering cost consulting enterprises in public resource trading projects.Based on the research of enterprise choice theory,the paper puts forward the logical thinking of the enterprise choice model of project cost consultation based on the public resource trading platform.Secondly,based on the DSR model,through text mining,interviews,literature analysis and other methods,a project cost consulting enterprise selection index system based on the public resource trading platform is constructed,which includes 19 indicators from three dimensions of driving force,state and response.Thirdly,according to the established index system,the corresponding index scoring rules are formulated.Based on the network analysis method,the index weight is calculated,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the project cost consulting enterprise selection model based on the public resource trading platform.Finally,taking the project of nanjing public resource trading center as an example,the model is used to select the project cost consulting enterprise,and the applicability of the model is verified.
