Research On Credit Evaluation Of Engineering Cost Consulting Enterprise Based On Fuzzy Matter Element

With the continuous introduction of relevant policies for the construction of Social Credit system,the construction of Social Credit system in China has been improved continuously.As the main undertaker of the project cost management in the construction market,the problem of lack of credit appears constantly in the project cost consultation industry.Under the background of speeding up the construction market credit system construction and deepening the reform of simplifying administration and delegating power in construction industry,the credit supervision of engineering cost consulting industry has been strengthened continuously,and the credit evaluation work of engineering cost consulting enterprises has been implemented gradually.In view of the fact that China has not yet formed a unified credit evaluation system for engineering cost consulting enterprises,this paper combines three-dimensional credit theory to study the credit evaluation of engineering cost consulting enterprises.First of all,combining the three-dimensional credit theory to explain the connotation of the integrity,compliance,and fulfilment of engineering cost consulting companies,and analyzing the influence of the credit level of the engineering cost consulting enterprise on the stakeholders,this paper determines the evaluation factors and evaluation indexes of engineering cost consulting enterprises,preliminarily constructs the credit evaluation index system of engineering cost consulting enterprises.Then optimizing the evaluation indexes by issuing questionnaires,and using SPSS26.0 to analyze the data of the questionnaires,the credit evaluation index system of engineering cost consulting enterprise,which includes 3 dimensions,6 evaluation elements and 18 evaluation indexes,is established.Secondly,the index weight is determined by using entropy modified G1 method,and the fuzzy matter-element analysis method is chosen as the credit evaluation method,therefore,the credit evaluation model of engineering cost consulting enterprise is established,and the feasibility of the model is verified by an example analysis.Finally,based on the construction of the credit evaluation index system and evaluation model of the engineering cost consulting enterprise,the implementation of the credit evaluation of the main body,the operating mechanism is described,the assumption of credit information sharing of engineering cost consulting enterprise is put forward,so as to complete the application design of credit evaluation of engineering cost consulting enterprise.The study on credit evaluation of engineering cost consulting enterprises and the establishment of a unified credit evaluation system for engineering cost consulting enterprises can provide a basis for the client to select the best engineering cost consulting enterprises,it is also beneficial to restrain the market behavior of engineering cost consulting enterprises,improve their credit level and enhance their competitiveness,which is of great significance to promote the healthy development of engineering cost consulting industry.
