Research On Methods Architecture Of The Whole Process Project Cost Consultation Based On Consulting Unit Perspective

In recent years,in our country,because of loose monetary policy,and the increasing state’s investment in social infrastructure,a series of policies such as the “Belt and Road”such these state supported policies.And the whole process of cost consulting service industry ushered in new development opportunities and challenges.Compared with western countries,the whole process consulting service industry of engineering cost in China started a little later.Although the whole process cost consultation has been advocated in recent years,there are still some problems in the actual implementation.Such as,for most company,they generally ignore the cost consultation in the early stage of project,still use the traditional engineering cost consultation stage by stage.Or,they ignore the decision and design stage but focus on the construction and settlement stage.And overemphasize the construction cost during the construction period instead the maintenance cost of the future project.Even their employers pay attention only to the management of the project quality and safety progress,no matter there are systematic cost control method or the whole process cost consultation.Otherwise,these owners just remains on knowing the cost consultation as the stage cost audit and project settlement audit.Even then,the cost consultation dose not been considered to participated in the whole cycle of the construction project.And so on.Based on the above problems,in order to promote the further development of China’s engineering cost consulting industry,this paper puts forward the whole process cost consulting mode for construction projects,starting from the stage of project proposal and feasibility study,through the selection of design schemes,the preliminary design,technical design,construction drawing design and other design stages,to the conclusion of engineering contract through bidding,the implementation and completion of the project Through various scientific and effective cost measures and methods and the company’s existing cost resources,based on the theory of construction project cost accounting,the consulting service of dynamic cost determination and control in the whole project construction cycle is carried out to achieve the construction project cost within the approved limit.Therefore,this article first starts from the background and significance of this research,by using literature review research method,data measurement method,etc,expounds and analyzes the research status of the whole process cost consulting at home and abroad,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research from the necessity.Then it studies the related theories of the whole process of engineering cost construction consultation based on the vision of the consulting unit and makes a literature review,which provides theoretical support for the later research.The following study through the analysis of the whole process cost consulting industry business sources,work flow,consulting methods,main stage work points and measures to carry out the whole process of engineering cost consulting method system of consulting units,and through the case analysis method combined with the practical application of ZBC enterprise park project,from the perspective of the consulting unit,conduct in-depth research aboutthe application of construction project design stage,contract stage,construction stage cost consulting application,and summarized and reflected the application results.Finally,the main problems in the whole process of engineering cost consultation are analyzed,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.By consulting the whole process of project cost,it can reduce the occurrence of inefficient,ineffective or repetitive work,reduce the consumption of resources,and promote the realization of the goal of construction project cost management.
