Study On The Effectiveness Evaluation Of H Company's Comprehensive Risk Management

Since 1990's,the change of social economy and business operation has led to the demand for innovation of enterprise risk management ability.As a new management tool,comprehensive risk management has begun to try and discuss enterprise management practices and has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community.The release of the “ Guidelines for Comprehensive Risk Management of Central Enterprises” in 2006 led to the establishment of a comprehensive risk management trend.In 2017,the COSO Committee updated the risk management framework and proposed the concept of “integrated risk management”,the update of theory means the urgent need for practice.How to measure the efficiency of risk management activities in business management activities has become the focus of the next study.Although most scholars' research on risk management activities focuses on the financial field,as the ecological environment continues to deteriorate,people are increasingly aware of the importance of environmental protection.The emergence of solar clean energy meets the needs of the period and has also stimulated scholars' passionate about environmental companies.At present,photovoltaic technology has realized industrialapplication of solar photovoltaic power generation,but as the market continues to change,the challenges faced by photovoltaic enterprises in the development process are also growing.This paper selects H company as the case,and expects to evaluate H company comprehensively.The effectiveness of risk management has improved the overall risk management activities of H Company.Firstly,this paper expounds the necessity of evaluating the effectiveness of comprehensive risk management for H company through research background,literature review and analysis of H company's risk management status.Secondly,based on the five elements of COSO2017 framework,20 basic principles are constructed for use,the index system for evaluating the effectiveness of H company's comprehensive risk management,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey for effectiveness evaluation,concluded that H company's comprehensive risk management activities are not good,and analyzed the reason from five factors;finally,four points of improvement suggestions were targeted for the low-scoring aspects.
