Research On Financial Risk Management Of HG Photovoltaic Company

With the development of productivity and the increase of energy consumption,the problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution are highlighted,which have become a common concern of all countries.As a strategic emerging industry,photovoltaic power generation industry has the advantages of being inexhaustible,widely applicable,safe and pollution-free.It is an important way to solve the world energy crisis,deal with the global climate problem and protect the ecological environment.In the long run,the market prospect is relatively optimistic.With the support of a series of national policies,China's photovoltaic power generation industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Since the "531 new photovoltaic policy" was issued by China in 2018,the problem of overcapacity and excessive dependence on external demand has become increasingly serious,and the development of the industry is facing severe challenges.Due to the complex and changeable external environment,the operation and development of photovoltaic power generation enterprises are faced with more uncertainties.In order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises,scientific risk management is needed to control the possibility of loss and the uncertainty of income at the lowest level.As an important carrier of risk,financial risk exists in various financial activities of enterprises,including financing activities,investment activities,operation management etc.However,under the background of late start and immature application of financial risk management in China,photovoltaic power generation enterprises generally lack an effective financial risk management system,and there are many problems in financial risk management.Therefore,photovoltaic power generation enterprises urgently need to improve the existing financial risk management system to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve high-quality development.In this paper,HG Photovoltaic Power Generation Company(referred to as HG Photovoltaic Company)is selected as a sample,through in-depth analysis of the financial risk management situation of HG Company,mining its problems in financial risk management,and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of financial risk management of HG Company from the aspects of system,organization and management procedure,the management procedure includes three stages: identification,evaluation and control.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation,it points out the actual problems or potential risks in the financial risk management of HG Company.Finally,using the systematic method,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the financial risk management.Through the research on the financial risk management of HG Company,help it to improve the financial risk management system,effectively avoid financial risks,more scientific financial risk management,and provide reference for enterprises in the same Industry,promote the healthy development of photovoltaic power generation industry.
