Research On Cost Management Of Hospital Construction Project Based On BIM

In the process of hospital construction project development,cost control is an important part of project management.The control effect is not only directly related to the realization of project objectives,but also affects the overall economic and social benefits of the hospital.This requires the hospital as the owner to carry out cost control during the implementation of the project.Hospital construction projects usually have the characteristics of complicated construction technology,large investment,and long project cycle.These characteristics increase the uncertainty of cost control,and the professional quality of hospital construction project management personnel needs to be improved.It is lower,so it is urgent to strengthen research on cost control of hospital construction projects.This paper studies the cost control of BIM technology in the field of hospital construction engineering projects,in order to provide targeted suggestions for hospital construction authorities.This paper firstly summarizes the related concepts,defines the hospital,hospital construction project,engineering project cost,project project cost control connotation,introduces the project cost structure,project cost control content,process and method,and analyzes The meaning and characteristics of BIM.Secondly,through the literature combing,field research and other methods,the method of BIM technology in hospital construction cost control application is systematically studied.Combined with the actual situation of SJT hospital,the application of BIM technology cost control is analyzed,and BIM is proposed.Cost control methods in the design phase and construction phase.Based on the above research,this paper proposes countermeasures to promote the application of BIM technology in hospital construction projects.
