In recent years,the central and local governments have continued to cut investment in fixed assets,real estate market gradually become saturated,the construction contracting market is gradually normalized and the developing of code of bills of quantities and valuation for construction works.Competition of construction enterprises is becoming more and more intense and profits fell sharply.Many construction enterprises that do not have advanced management ideas and methods face the fate of being eliminated,and for those who already have a certain management level of the enterprise,if can't adapt to the new situation,and also prospects are grim.How to gain an advantage in the current limited supply of construction market,how to obtain higher profits in limited income,for construction companies,the practical problems will no doubt increased construction cost management to strategic level of enterprise survival.This paper systematically expounds and summarizes the theory of construction cost management,sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in the construction cost management of A hospital project,and uses the related construction cost management ideas and methods to find the root of the problem and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The purpose of this paper is to establish a systematic concept of construction cost management for construction enterprises,and provide a reference for the scientific and reasonable construction cost management.In close combination with the actual case,this paper with a complete construction cost management process,namely,construction cost forecast,cost plan,cost analysis,cost control,cost accounting,cost assessment as the research object,systematically studies the key to cost management and improvement measures,and pay attention to the data analysis and induction,quantify the effect of cost management.Through this study shows that,establish a system of construction cost management concept,have a goal,a key to carry on the construction cost management,is an important way to improve the profitability and competitiveness.
