Study On The Influencing Factors Of Cost Control In The Construction Stage Of A New Hospital Project

In the development of modern national economy,the construction industry is undoubtedly an important part,and the development of the construction industry drives the improvement of the whole national economy.In recent years,China’s economic development has entered a normal mode.Under the control of relevant measures,the investment in the construction industry has gradually slowed down and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.But along with the vigorous development of the medical and health cause,also has injected the new vigor to the construction enterprise.This research is carried out through literature analysis,case study,theory and practice,and is divided into 6 parts.First of all,this paper introduces the background of construction industry and medical construction,and expounds the significance of research on cost control of hospital projects.Secondly,the main concepts and theories involved in this paper are introduced,including the concepts of project cost,construction cost control,project life cycle theory,project cost control theory,etc.,at the same time,the current situation of domestic and foreign construction project cost management and domestic and foreign hospital project cost control are studied and analyzed.Thirdly,it introduces the basic situation of the project,analyzes the current situation of the project cost control,and finds out the problems existing in the cost control.Then,the construction principles and identification steps of the evaluation indexes of the cost overruns of a new hospital project are made clear,the influencing factors are classified,and the weight values of each index are calculated by AHP.Then,based on the previous analysis,the paper puts forward the improvement measures for the important influencing factors.Finally,the research is sorted out and reflected,the shortcomings of this research are found out,and the future research is prospected.Through research,it can be found that there are some problems in the cost control of a new hospital project,such as inadequate construction preparation,poor material cost control,difficulty in engineering change and claim,etc.,and there is a serious problem of "cost overruns".Through the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of influencing factors on cost overruns of a new hospital project is calculated,and the importance of influencing factors on cost overruns of a new hospital project from big to small is:inadequate preparation in advance,inadequate control in the process,and untimely feedback after analysis.At the indicator level,the inaccuracy of cost estimation for a large number of hospital projects,the weak sense of cost analysis,the neglect of cost factors in the selection and selection of construction schemes,the lack of personnel experience,and the waste of materials caused by improper use of materials are the factors that have a greater impact,therefore,it is necessary to plan the cost control of construction preparation,improve the construction level,strengthen the professional skills training,share the experience of construction technology,and perfect the cost index of square meter in hospital projects Material in the construction process to implement the "quota" system to avoid excessive waste of materials,proper management of material inventory,according to the design needs of materials for strict selection,timely introduction of environmental protection materials;Regular project cost meeting study,change claim management,correct claim process training and other improvement measures.Through this study,on the one hand,I hope to provide recommendations for a hospital new project follow-up good progress,on the other hand,I hope to provide reference for the same type of research.
