| With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the total output value of the construction industry,the number of enterprises and practitioners are increasing year by year,but the annual growth rate of the total output value of the industry is gradually decreasing.Most construction companies in terms of project cost control in our country,because of the traditional cost management model management system not perfect lead to profit was reduced,and the influence of the increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry,some construction companies even take bargains on methods to get project,this leads to the enterprise economic benefit is reduced,the serious influence to the enterprise development space.On the basis of cost control theory and actual situation,it is very important to establish a cost control model which conforms to the project itself.A relatively perfect construction project cost control scheme can improve the internal management effect of the construction company,and then improve the external competitiveness by reducing the cost.In order to expand the company S economic efficiency,improve market competitiveness,this article selects company S construction project as the research object,based on case analysis,field investigation method to survey the present situation of the company S construction project,combined with the status quo analysis and the theory of whole life cycle cost control company S on the problems existing in the project cost control scheme to carry on the summary,It is found that the original cost control scheme has some problems,such as unreasonable bidding process,unreasonable cost control organization,separation of cost and schedule,inadequate control of main influencing factors of cost,incomplete data of completion acceptance and so on.In view of the above problems,with the whole life cycle cost control system as the framework,from decision-making,preliminary preparation,construction process,completion settlement and maintenance of four stages,targeted optimization of construction project cost control scheme,improve the bidding process and cost control organization system;The scientific cost control method is introduced to take cost and schedule into consideration,and the whole life cycle dynamic monitoring is realized,and the unfinished stage is predicted.Control major costs;Strengthened the attention to completion acceptance and completion analysis.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of S company’s construction project cost control optimization scheme,several safeguard measures are put forward.It is hoped that the research of this paper can help S Company reduce the cost of construction project,increase the economic benefit of the company,and also provide some reference for other construction enterprises to control the cost. |
