| With the advent of the era of industrialization of buildings,Assembled buildings have become a hot topic in the current construction industry.The green environment of the Assembled building has changed the traditional development mode of China’s construction industry,from the traditional on-site construction to the production and installation of the prefabricated component factory,improving the construction level and accelerating the rapid progress of the construction industry.In recent years,the government has also vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,established pilot cities and industrial bases,and adopted policies to support development.The cost of fabricated building components is an important part of the cost of prefabricated buildings.However,due to the insufficiency of research on fabricated building components in China,there are deficiencies in talents,management,procurement and transportation,and technical level.The high construction cost is hindering its development.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and structural equation model,this paper discusses the key factors affecting the cost of fabricated building components.On the basis of expounding the basic knowledge of fabricated building components,building industrialization and cost control,the paper firstly studies the development status of fabricated buildings at home and abroad.After an overview analysis,the reasons for the high cost of fabricated building components are pointed out.After comprehensively expounding the relationship between the participating units of the fabricated building components,combined with the results of literature analysis,it is pointed out that the main factors affecting the cost of fabricated building components are mainly In terms of technology,management,procurement logistics,development environment,and design,the factors that affect the cost of fabricated building components include material procurement cost,component production mold,component production scale,production technology level,component transportation cost,and policy.Support,integrated management level,on-site quality management,use of prefabricated components,training of professional talents,proficiency in worker work,floor plan,application of BIM technology,relevant industry chain,technical standards.Through the analysis of the definitions of fabricated building components and industrialization of buildings,the Work Breakdown Method(WBS)is used to build a cost control system for prefabricated buildings based on the whole life cycle,and a questionnaire for the factors affecting the cost of fabricated building components is designed and investigated.In the study,the questionnaire was statistically analyzed.According to the results of the questionnaire analysis,the analytic hierarchy process was used to obtain the ranking factors affecting the cost of the fabricated building components.Constructing the structural equation model that affects the cost of fabricated building components,and the three key factors affecting the cost of fabricated building components,such as component production technology level,on-site quality management,and professional talent training,and using Amos software to verify the three factors and Five assumptions that interact with the cost of fabricated building components.According to the results of Amos software operation,the corresponding control optimization countermeasures are proposed.The countermeasures mainly focus on component production technology,personnel training,site management,and assembly building development environment.Finally,the paper summarizes the future and looks forward to the future. |
