Study On The Construction Cost Control Of Jiaojia Gold Mine New Office Building Project

Cost control is an important part of project management, effective cost control system is helpful for enterprises to improve competitive advantage and obtain high economic profits. Facing the current competition environment of our country construction market, optimizing cost control scheme is especially important. Many construction companies have no perfect cost control system in detail, and overlook the project budget estimation and other important link in the design phase, which lends to basis of account from the project design stage, to the construction stage and completion stage, the gap of final project cost and actual spending budget cost is large. So the project cost control method in the application of project management will help the construction unit to complete the cost control target.The Jiaojia gold mine new office building project contacted by Laizhou city the third building installation engineering co., LTD began in September 2012, this paper selected project construction process of the intermediate stage in April 2013 as the study point. The paper started from research background and significance, literature review of the project cost control, then based on a basic understanding of the gold mine new office building project, analyzed the project during construction phase cost control condition, from the project bidding process set, directly to the project budget preparation, project cost control three aspects to complete cost control work of the early construction stage. Then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp) is used to the project design phase for cost control effect evaluation, based on the earned value method to evaluate the control effect of the early stage of the project construction phase, the reasons of errors on the basis of the project construction period. Then cost control scheme design of the completion stage is put forward, finally completed the whole project cost control research work.Through cost control research about the whole construction process of gold new office building project, it can be found that project cost control is not just limited to the project construction phase, in the process of the preparation and completion phase, cost control work is also important. Only the scientific and reasonable cost control scheme is applied to each development phase of construction of the project, to ensure to complete the project goals, improve the economic benefit. Cost control scheme paper used will have a certain reference significance for other construction enterprises to strengthen cost control management.
