Optimization Of Freight Transport Network In Jilin Province Under The Background Of "Ice Silk Road"

With the steady development of the “Ice Silk Road”,the economic and trade exchanges between the countries along the line have become more frequent.The opening of the “Ice Silk Road”,Jilin Province,has become more open to the outside world,and the demand for logistics and transportation has become more vigorous.Improving the optimization of freight network within Jilin Province is a prerequisite and important support for the construction of the “Ice Silk Road” and the completion of multi-modal transport of land and sea.In the research of this paper,the optimization of freight network is mainly carried out from two aspects: transportation hub location and connection channel optimization.Under the background demand of “Ice Silk Road”,this paper analyzes the connection degree,connectivity,accessibility,and construction and transportation cost of the hub,and uses the comprehensive evaluation method and Delphi method to analyze the index factors of different dimensions.The benefit model based on the node topology charm is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.The location of the Jilin Province freight hub is selected.Combined with the actual situation of Jilin Province,the optimization plan of Jilin Province freight channel is proposed.Based on this,we analyzed the comprehensive construction planning direction of the freight passage in the radiation area with Jilin Province as the core under the background of “Ice Silk Road” from the aspects of capital investment,reconstruction and expansion planning,policy support,etc.The development strategy and safeguard measures for freight network construction planning is put forward from the aspects of regional joint economic development and government policy support.The research results of this paper can provide a scientific and effective method for the research of freight network optimization local model method and freight network optimization research under the background of “Ice Silk Road”.It will help to expand the degree of opening up to the outside world in Jilin Province and strengthen the interconnection with countries along the “Ice Silk Road”,and promote the rapid economic development of Jilin Province.
