| The research is funded by the National Key Research and Development Plan of China under grant(2016YFE0201700)With the international recognition of the "One Belt and One Road" initiative,the China-Europe freight block train(CR Express)has developed rapidly,and the number of CR Express will reach 8,225 in 2019.Kazakhstan is the main route country for the CR Express(Europe direction)and the main destination for the CR Express(central Asia direction).The choice of freight pivot point of CR Express in Kazakhstan plays an important role in reducing the cost of CR Express and increasing the number of CR Express.This paper mainly studies the selection of freight hub node of “One Belt and One Road” CR Express in Kazakhstan.This paper summarizes the general situation of the CR Express of "One Belt and One Road" initiative,including the transportation network of CR Express,the specific routes of the north,middle and south branches of the western corridor of CR Express,the delivery frequency,arrival station and transit port of CR Express(Zhengzhou,Chongqing,Chengdu and Wuhan).This paper analyzes the necessity and advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the network layout of CR Express in Kazakhstan.This paper expounds the theoretical method of location selection of CR Express nodes,and proposes to transform the general nodes in the current "point-to-point" operation mode of CR Express into the hub nodes in the hierarchical network.The location model of transportation hub node for hierarchical network is established.The model takes into account the transportation cost,replacement cost and construction cost of freight train from China to Kazakhstan,and takes the sum of the three costs as the goal of the model.The Genetic Algorithm was used to solve the model,and the chromosome structure,replication,crossover and mutation rules of the Genetic Algorithm were designed.In this paper,the unit price of freight per 40 feet container per kilometer of CR Express(Zhengzhou,Xuzhou,Chengdu)is analyzed,and the model and algorithm verification experiments are carried out based on the data of major cities in Kazakhstan.The experimental results show that the model and algorithm in this paper can optimize the hub city of CR Express in Kazakhstan. |
