With the development of national economy, urban congestion is growing, more deep problems hidden in the traffic congestion are the worsening of environment and energy consumption and waste of land resources. Practices at home and abroad show that the construction subway is an effective means to improve the problem of traffic, but urban subway construction is a huge construction project, and other public facilities and subway engineering along the property development, it will lead to the deterioration of the urban traffic. Experience of Beijing, Shanghai, New York, London, Paris shows that the period of subway construction is the darkness of the urban traffic. Therefore, analyzes the city traffic impact during the subway construction, and table the reasonable traffic organization scheme, reduce the subway construction in the urban traffic influence has important practical significance.The Paper as the network reliability theory to basis of the theoretical research, using Two-phase-four-stages Technical Assessment to carry out the further research,that the city road network function evaluation method, and applying Monte Carlo (Monte Carlo) simulation analysis software to evaluate the pre-construction of road network and Construction stage, and to come to a affection degree conclusion, that Local traffic of Zhengzhou will be influenced by the construction of the Zhengzhou metro2line; Finally, combined with the actual conditions of Zhengzhou city traffic, This Thesis puts forward some suggestions to relieve the traffic congestion during the subway construction process.In this Thesis, the follow aspects are conducted a more detailed study:1) Based on the reliability theory, and combined with the two-phase-four-stages evaluation method to research the evaluation theory of road network function; researched topology, structure, respectively traffic (traffic planning and traffic management) of network traffic function and distribution function.2) Through the study of regional road traffic investigation, to collect traffic information of the subway stations in preconstruction stage, then make use of the Monte Carlo simulation software to construct the road network topology structure, and to carry on Area traffic analysis at pre-construction phase.3) According to the scheme of the metro line2construction site, to evaluate the reliability of the network during subway construction, then to analysis of the regional transportation network influence; Combined with the actual situation of the regional transportation, and based on the reliability of the network function to put forward some Suggestions and measures that how to alleviate traffic jam during the subway stations construction.
