Due to the high uncertainty of the vehicles of dangerous goods,which are major hazard sources with fluidity,road transport accidents of dangerous goods usually involve the leakage of toxic and harmful substances and the occurrence of combustion and explosion.They are very easy to cause serious and major accidents,and have the characteristics of wide scope,easy to pollute the environment,great harm and great loss.Because of the particularity of the transportation of dangerous goods,the requirements for driver’s continuous driving time and vehicle parking area are very high.Therefore,it is very important to have qualified rest and parking areas for dangerous goods vehicles,supporting corresponding facilities and equipment,and ensuring the safe parking of drivers on the road route for dangerous goods vehicles.However,due to the lack of professional places for parking and rest of dangerous goods vehicles and the small number of dedicated parking spaces in the service area,it is difficult to meet the parking needs of drivers.In order to solve the problem of difficult parking of dangerous goods road transport vehicles,this paper studies the location and layout of dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot.First of all,a questionnaire survey was conducted for drivers,and the current situation of dangerous goods transport vehicles was analyzed based on electronic waybills and GPS track data.Secondly,referring to the existing standards and relevant regulations,the principles and safety distance requirements for the location of parking lots for dangerous goods transport vehicles are determined,the evaluation index system for the location of parking lots for dangerous goods transport vehicles is established,and the weight of each index is determined using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Furthermore,taking Suzhou as an example,combined with the method of geographical information systems(GIS),the AHP-GIS site selection model is constructed.According to the weight,GIS is used for weighted superposition analysis to obtain the area suitable for the construction of parking lots for dangerous goods transport vehicles.Finally,the location allocation model is used to optimize the location area,and the optimal layout of the parking lot for dangerous goods transport vehicles is obtained.The results show that the location model of dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot established in this paper can provide theoretical basis for such location decision,and provide relevant experience for the location of dangerous goods transport vehicle parking lot in other regions.
