As one of the most successful industrial products,automotive products have become a necessity for the public life.From 1885,the German Carl Benz developed the world's first carriage-type three-wheeled vehicle.The automobile industry has developed over 130 years and its industrial model has reached an unprecedented level of maturity.The fineness and complexity of automotive products determine that OEMs are unlikely to have the ability to produce thousands of automotive parts.Therefore,the supply chain system supports the development of OEMs.Today,when globalization is highly developed,the diversification of consumer demand makes the automobile market more competitive.Automobile manufacturers want to reduce uncertainties in the product manufacturing process,optimize the cost of the vehicle and improve the vehicle under the premise of ensuring quality.Profits,in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the brutal market competition,must maintain scientific and effective management of component suppliers.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and practical research methods,analyzes the research of supply chain theory and supplier management theory by predecessors,summarizes and analyzes three supplier procurement management modes,and manages supplier access process management and suppliers.In-depth analysis of cost management and supplier relationship management,following the principles of scientific,systematic,quantitative and qualitative combination,combined with the actual situation of C company's actual supplier management,established an optimization plan for C company supplier management improvement: First,re-We will sort out the supplier access process and set new supplier access evaluation indicators.Second,we will manage supplier costs before and after mass production.Third,we will manage risk from supplier suppliers and supplier evaluation.Optimize supplier relationship management with three aspects of supplier incentives.Finally,from the three aspects of optimizing organizational structure,enhancing the professional skills of procurement personnel and digital procurement,it proposes safeguard measures for the implementation of optimization programs.Vehicle manufacturing companies and component suppliers are complementary and close to each other.This paper analyzes the problems in the management of C company's suppliers and formulates corresponding solutions,which has practical guiding significance for helping C companies and suppliers to establish close strategic partnerships.
