Research On Village Planning Based On Rural Revitalization Target

Rural recession is a common challenge for the world,however,the issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is particularly prominent in China.At the same time,the village still shoulders the important mission of ensuring food security,protecting the ecological environment,inheriting traditional culture,and ensuring the income of hundreds of millions of farmers.Rural revitalization is imminent.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: "Strongly implement the strategy of rural revitalization",rural revitalization officially rose to the national strategic level?From the practice of Zhejiang Province,the regional spatial scale of village and town regional planning is the regional development plan of the three-level spatial unit of county,county-level city(district)and the following townships and villages.The smallest scale is the village area,and the largest scale is county.The county is the basic carrier of rural construction and the basic platform for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The village and town planning is the basic project to promote rural revitalization.Optimizing village and town planning is the key to promoting rural industrial upgrading and ecological optimization under the goal of rural revitalization.It can be said that it is the "bovine nose" of the rural revitalization strategy.Through the interpretation of the current county township planning,we can conclude that the main functions of village planning are four aspects.First,the village and town planning through reasonable space layout and scientific allocation of public infrastructure,improve the quality of life of residents;second,through the integration of rural and rural areas to promote rural industrial development;third,through the guidance of various villages and towns to promote rural intensive development The fourth is to continue and inherit traditional culture by protecting traditional villages and traditional buildings.This understanding grasps the core tasks of village planning,and basically recognizes that village planning includes both conceptual development planning and constructive material planning.In fact,the functions of village and town planning actually cover all aspects of village and town society,economy,culture,ecology,villages,history,and new development space.At present,restricting rural revitalization is not enough attention to village and town planning.Village and town planning lacks forward-looking,scientific,serious and other issues.The planning is more random and cannot effectively guide the construction of villages and towns.To this end,based on the goal of “revitalization of rural areas”,this paper deeply analyzes the main tasks and ways of promoting villages and towns in rural areas,and adopts a combination of field research and theoretical research to analyze the new connotation of village and town planning under the goal of rural revitalization and propose targeted Planning strategies to better promote the realization of rural revitalization goals.
