Study On Village Planning And Design In Cold Area Under The Background Of Rural Revival

The 19 th national congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that China will comprehensively implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and the effective solution to the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has been defined as the fundamental factor affecting national rejuvenation and national prosperity.As a major strategic measure to effectively eliminate the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China,rural revitalization can not only solve the fundamental problems of rural backwardness,but also effectively alleviate the long-standing urban-rural dual structure contradiction in China.Moreover,it is of great significance in maintaining national stability and promoting balanced development of the country.In recent years,under the guidance of five principles which require ”prosperous industry,livable ecology,local custom,effective governance,rich life” in the country revitalization strategy,the relevant state departments and government at all levels in Heilongjiang province has made a large number of policies and documents in order to speed up the rural construction and revitalization,Which are also powerful for the full deployment of rural words in Heilongjiang province.Rural revitalization has become era theme of present rural development.Compared with the complete theoretical system and sufficient practical experience of rural construction in developed countries,China's rural construction is still in the primary stage.Although rural construction has been in full swing in China,practical activities are still groping forward.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper takes the villages in Linyuan town,Daqing city,a severe cold region in China,as an example,analyzes the current situation of their industrial development,living environment,infrastructure construction and other aspects in combination with the basic situation of the investigation of villages and summarizes the reasons that hinder the development of villages Then,the theory of village compound ecology,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of landscape ecology are used as the guiding ideology to formulate the principles and objectives of village planning and design in cold regions.Finally,from the village planning,village construction planning,village renovation special planning,three aspects of Linyuan town village planning practice,and then get suitable ways for our country cold region rural planning and design research of the optimal strategy.This paper studies the village planning and design of villages and villages in Linyuan town of Daqing city,which solves the deficiency of village planning and changes the backward development mode.At the macro level,the thesis can provide reference for the rural planning and design in other cold areas of China.
