Study On The Rebuilding Design Of Rural Architecture Aiming At The Revitalization Of Tourist Experience Rural Areas

At present,China is in the stage of urban construction which is developing rapidly,but at the same time,because of the remote location,inconvenience in transportation and lagging behind development,the construction activities and construction level of rural areas are far behind that of urban areas,which can not meet the living needs of villagers,resulting in a large number of rural population migrating to urban areas,and a large number of rural areas have emerged.The idle farm houses and land have led to the emergence of "hollow villages",the disappearance of traditional rural culture and the unbalanced development of the region.How to better promote the rapid development of rural areas is one of the key points to be solved in the current urbanization development in China.The Nineteenth Congress put forward the requirement of "revitalizing the countryside",aiming at building a beautiful new countryside with "thriving industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life" by improving the economy,politics and culture of the countryside,improving the construction and infrastructure.Starting from the revitalization of sightseeing and experiencing rural areas,this paper explores rural texture,traditional rural architecture,environment and culture,excavates rural technology and culture,transforms traditional buildings in rural areas,and integrates culture into the construction of buildings.Through the design of sightseeing streamline and experiencing space,people can enjoy the beautiful natural landscape in rural areas.Because the texture of villages and the style of traditional buildings are influenced by topography,natural conditions,traditional culture and rural environment,in the process of transformation,we should inherit the texture of villages,continue the traditional architectural style of villages,integrate the rural culture and renovate the rural environment,and combine modern building materials and construction technology to create architectural activities,so as to provide people with diversified sightseeing and experience space,and then promote the revitalization of rural areas.In the process of revitalizing the experiential rural areas,foreign countries started earlier.Through research and practice,there have been many excellent cases,such as the Rural Revitalization of Baizhang Village in Japan.The local natural landscape,farmland landscape and Baizhang House with local flavor are taken as the object of sightseeing,and the "Turbid Wine Festival" and rural arts and crafts are taken as one of the tourist's experience activities.Villagers provide a good environment for sightseeing and experience,which makes the village fully revitalized.There are also many villages in China,which have promoted the development of rural areas through the renovation of traditional rural buildings,environmental renovation and excavation of traditional rural culture,such as the renovation of boat village in Anji's mountain and river villages,and the renovation of hollow village in Fenghuang village.All these cases have achieved comprehensive revitalization based on the local rural context,landscape environment and culture.Therefore,based on the analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad and the problems in the process of rural development,this paper analyses the influencing factors,principles,strategies and techniques of the transformation of sightseeing experiential villages.Taking the transformation of rural buildings in Xinlou Village,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province as an opportunity,this paper puts forward some ideas for the revitalization of sightseeing experiential villages by combining theory with practice.In this paper,five chapters are used to study the transformation of sightseeing experienceoriented rural architecture.The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the topic,the meaning of the revitalization of sightseeing experience-oriented rural architecture and the relationship between the two,and puts forward the purpose and significance of the transformation of sightseeing experience-oriented rural architecture,analyses the necessity of revitalizing sightseeing experience-oriented rural architecture from a macro perspective.In the second chapter,through the analysis of the problems existing in the current rural architecture and reconstruction,the factors affecting the transformation of sightseeing experience-oriented rural architecture are put forward,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign examples of the transformation of sightseeing experience-oriented,the paper paves the way for the following transformation theory.The third section,through the analysis of the principles and strategies of the transformation of sightseeing and experiential rural architecture,determines the direction of the transformation of sightseeing and experiential rural architecture from a macro perspective.Section IV mainly introduces the methods of rural architectural renovation from the aspects of repairing rural texture,organizing sightseeing streamline,creating experience space and renovating surrounding environment,and analyses the renovation cases of typical domestic and foreign sightseeing experiential rural buildings.Section V takes the renovation design of Xinlou Village in Huizhou City as an example to analyze the general situation and existing problems of the countryside.At the same time,it applies the renovation methods of sightseeing and experiential rural architecture to the renovation of restaurant and flower houses in the villages,which provides practical support for the theoretical research in the previous part.
