In recent years,with the rapid development of prefabricated construction,there are more and more manufacturers of prefabricated components.However,prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises have insufficient production management while expanding production capacity,especially in the management of production planning:production planning is not perfect enough,and enterprises cannot track and predict production status.As a modern technical means,information management technology can effectively transform the traditional management methods of enterprises and solve the problems existing in enterprise management.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the production planning management system of prefabricated components,effectively solves the bottleneck problem of enterprise development through information management means,enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises,reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.In view of the current imperfect and inconspicuous production planning of prefabricated component production and preparation enterprises,the paper analyzes the production planning development process,discusses the shortcomings of current production planning,improves the production planning optimization scheduling process,and establishes an optimized scheduling model.The effective management of the prefabricated component production planning is realized,and the production plan is more scientific and standardized.Aiming at the problem of plate layout in the production of prefabricated components,a multi-constrained prefabricated components layout optimization model was established,and an optimization algorithm suitable for prefabricated components was proposed,which effectively improved the utilization and layout of the plate effectiveness.By comparing with the actual production data of a prefabricated component production and manufacturing enterprise in Jinan,it is found that the optimized layout algorithm not only saves the layout time,but also improves the utilization of the plate by 9.3%,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.Aiming at the problems of large variety,large quantity and chaotic management of prefabricated components in the production and preparation of enterprises,the standardized design ideas are proposed to effectively reduce the types and quantity of molds.According to the idea of standardized design,the mathematical model of the automatic assembly of prefabricated components mold is established.The model realizes the automatic selection of the molds,which reduces the time for the production workers to identify the molds and improves the mold management level.Finally,based on the functional design and key technology research of the system,the pre-built component production planning management prototype system was developed based on Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development platform and SQL Server 2008 database using C#language.
