This article aimed at the development characteristics of the assembled industry in China,such as the low level of informatization.Each unit lacked effective project collaboration on the industrial chain.Lack of real-time quality traceability and poor visualization.Researched on the application of BIM in quality management in a project.At the same time,BIM technology was applied to all stages of prefabricated component production to maximize its application value.Researched on quality management of prefabricated components.Provided reliable guarantee for high-quality production of components based on BIM technology.At the same time,it can provided a reference for China's prefabricated component factories.The main contents of the paper were as follows:(1)Combinined the development background of the prefabricated building,comprehensively analyzed the quality management status and existed deficiencies of the domestic component factory at the current stage,taked the problems existing in the production process as the entry point,consided the visualization brought by the BIM technology for production.,information interaction and other advantages,thus BIM technology into the quality management theory,proposed a new and BIM-based quality management system to assisted component factories for efficient quality management.(2)Combined with a certain engineering example to complete the coding and integration of components,and analyzed the application of BIM technology in the production preparation stage of prefabricated components;established prefabricated component model library and standardized mold according to engineering requirements;realized through BIM related software The splitting and optimization of the component model;at the same time,combined with the actual production plan of the component factory,based on the characteristics of BIM visualization,the simulation of the mold installation and the complete production process of the component was realized.(3)Analyzed and studied the quality control by applyed BIM technology in the component production process;included the accurate distribution of steel bars and fittings by applyed the material statistics function of the 3D model in the software;Technically,the component information and process requirements were clearly communicated to the production workers;in addition,the inspection of the components before concrete pouring was realized based on the visual characteristics,and the quality inspection after demolding was realized by combining the two-dimensional codes.(4)Optimized the site and build a model through the component output plan,reasonably design the yard location,and established different stacking sites according to the order of component output and different types.Summarized the help and value brought by RFID for the production of PC components.Throughed the combination of BIM and RFID technology,tracking and review can be realized during the stacking and transportation phases to achieve efficient quality traceability of components.
