| With the accelerated pace of information construction in the construction industry,prefabricated components have also been widely used.However,while its rapid development,the production imbalance problem of precast component production line is gradually revealed.The precast component production line based on digital twin can improve the production and management efficiency of products and effectively overcome the limitations of traditional production line management.This paper takes a prefabricated component production line as the research object,and completes the construction of the 3D simulation model of the production line and the optimization of production scheduling.By setting up the production line cooperative management system,the information management of the prefabricated component production line is realized.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)Constructed a simulation model of precast production line and optimized it.The Plant Simulation software was used to construct the production line simulation model,and its reliability was verified.Based on the production line equilibrium theory,the bottleneck stations that restrict the production process are identified,and the optimization improvement solutions such as adding more stations,increasing the cache area,adjusting the loading interval and reorganizing the stations are proposed in a targeted manner.The results show that,compared with the original production line,the optimized production line has improved the blocking condition,the equipment utilization rate and the overall balance rate by 26.41%.(2)Genetic algorithm-based scheduling optimization of precast production lines.With the objective of minimizing the total processing time and processing cost,the model was optimally designed and parameter rate determined based on genetic algorithm,and the optimization scheme satisfying the requirements was derived by determining the evaluation scheme of individuals,initial population and cross-variance probability.The results show that the average work load rate of each station in the target production line increased by 5.16%,the daily production capacity increased by 7.66%,and the total processing time and total processing cost decreased by 10.56%and 3.41%,respectively.(3)Built a collaborative management system for precast component production line.According to the characteristics of prefabricated component production line for demand analysis,using database,B/S and visualization simulation and other technologies,we designed and developed the production line collaborative management system.Based on the application of system comprehensive display module,system information module and production information module,it can realize the information management of production line.The results show that the cooperative management system of prefabricated component production line provides data support and management functions for the production line,and can realize the information exchange between the actual production line and the simulation model,and improve the intelligent management level of the production line. |
