In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings by the state,the market demand for prefabricated components is growing day by day,and more and more enterprises are manufacturing prefabricated components.There is a serious lack of production management capacity in component production,especially in the face of the delivery pressure of multiple projects,and there is a lack of production planning capacity.Production process information management level is low,data collection and collation only rely on manpower,data omission and error can not form decision support for production organization and scheduling.It is difficult to circulate production data,a large number of repeated labor is used for statistical work,and it is still in manual or semi-automatic production scheduling mode,with long reaction time and lack of multi-objective optimization scheme.At present,the way of production scheduling seriously restricts the development of the industry.As a modern technical means,information management technology can effectively change the traditional management mode of enterprises and solve the problems existing in enterprise management.Therefore,this paper studies the production planning and management system of prefabricated components,through information management means to effectively solve the bottleneck problem of enterprise development,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.To solve the problem of insufficient capacity of production scheduling in prefabricated component factories,research and collect project data,analyze project demand,quantify demand objectives,establish component production scheduling system,sort out data relationship and scheduling algorithm logic.The system can meet the increasing demand of the assembly building market,improve the production capacity of components,and make the production process more information and automation.Finally,based on the core algorithm of production scheduling model,the scheduling software of component is developed,which is brought into the actual project for verification,and realizes the scheduling system of prefabricated component with multi-objective and multi factory.This study is helpful to the management of prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises,to meet the current complex and changing project needs,to quickly adjust production scheduling,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
