With the rapid development of urbanization,assembling building has been popularized vigorously because of its fast construction speed,short construction cycle,favorable for winter construction,reduced material loss and construction process,in line with the national requirements for green building and green construction.On September 30,2016,the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Developing Assembled Buildings,which clearly pointed out that the development of assembled buildings is a major change in the way of construction.However,due to the highly integrated construction mode of assembly building,some problems have been encountered in the process of popularization,such as information incompleteness of all parties involved in the construction,lack of professional technical personnel,these problems make the advantages of assembly building itself become like a mirror,become a piece of empty talk,and even become assembly building.The biggest obstacle in the promotion process.The introduction of BIM technology makes the advantages of assembly building no longer empty talk,it provides a powerful help for solving the procurement,design,production,construction,operation and other stages of assembly building.The development of assembly architecture using BIM technology has been greatly improved,but there are still many potential risks due to the attributes of the construction industry.This paper attempts to apply BIM technology to assembly construction projects,give full play to their respective advantages,and explore the existing risks,combined with practical cases and related projects,to identify risks,and establish a risk assessment system,in order to provide a strong help for project managers in the management process.On the basis of reading a large number of literature,the first part of this paper introduces the assembly building and BIM technology,the second part combines the assembly building and BIM technology,discusses how BIM technology is applied to assembly building projects,the third part finds out the risk of each stage of assembly building using BIM technology,and finally through.Through the actual case,the WBS-RBS risk identification method is used to identify the risks.Through the expert scoring,the AHP method is used to calculate the weight coefficients of each stage of the work package risk,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risks of the project and each stage.Finally,it draws a conclusion that risk management should pay close attention to the case.
