As a construction project,the operation shift building has the basic characteristics of general construction projects;At the same time,the project is also an internal control project of the China Nuclear Power Institute,which is different from other construction projects in that it is not controlled by national supervision agencies such as quality supervision stations and safety supervision stations during the construction of the project;Due to the lack of corresponding external control,the project department completely needs to monitor quality,safety,compliance and other risks,which also leads to the operation of shift building projects paying more attention to risk assessment than other construction projects.The main content of some relevant rules and regulations formulated for the operation of the shift building project is the management of various safety production emergencies;As a result,other risks are often easily ignored in the implementation of the project,which may lead to losses caused by risks.In this situation,it is very important to identify,evaluate and prevent project risks effectively when operating the shift building project.The operation shift building construction project is the study topic for this paper,which examines the project’s risk management using the systematic risk theory.First of all,by using the literature survey method,we can master the relevant research situation and the application of the relevant research results in the construction project by consulting the relevant literature on the construction project risk at home and abroad;Drawing on relevant research results,the statistical table of common risks of engineering projects is obtained;Secondly,on the basis of the statistical table,the potential risk factors of the operation of the shift building project were discussed several times using the brainstorming method and the rich experience of the project management personnel.According to the discussion results,the potential risk factors were decomposed using the risk structure decomposition method(RBS method),and a risk decomposition structure chart consisting of five first-level risk indicators and 11second-level risk indicators was established;Next,an evaluation index system is established for the identified risk factors.After calculating the weight of each risk factor using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the ranking of risk importance is obtained.In the level of risk type,the ranking of risk importance from large to small is:technical risk=management risk>economic risk>social environmental risk>natural environmental risk.Finally,according to several major principles of risk response,suggestions and measures are put forward for the response of various risk factors affecting the operation of the shift building project. |
