Fire has always been one of the main disasters affecting public safety and social development,and campus fire occurs frequently,which seriously affects the normal order of teaching,scientific research and activities in Colleges and universities,and poses a threat to the personal safety and property safety of teachers and students.Building fire accounts for a large proportion in campus fire cases.Based on the above background,in order to reasonably allocate and effectively utilize school safety resources and improve the level of campus safety management,this paper studies the building fire risk of ZY University.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper collects the statistical data of China fire control Yearbook,China fire rescue Yearbook and emergency management department in recent years.Through the analysis of fire statistical data of national fire and higher education industry,it is concluded that the research on building fire in Colleges and universities is very necessary.(2)By consulting the school archives from 2003 to now,phase VI project and some change drawings involving later transformation,combined with field investigation,this paper summarizes the general information of fire safety of each building of the school.The campus is divided into dormitory area,experimental training area,teaching area and logistics support area according to the use functions of different buildings,the activities of the main crowd and personnel in the building and the main hazard sources.Through the literature method,combined with the on-site investigation,following the school fire linkage test and the 2021 fire evaluation project,the risk factors of the four areas of the school are studied in detail,and the preliminary risk list of each area is generated.An expert group composed of five off campus experts who participated in the school’s fire assessment project or participated in the school’s construction,five on campus experts such as the school’s fire management personnel and the person in charge of the safety of the secondary college / Department was established.Through three rounds of screening and revision through the Delphi method,the opinions were continuously compiled and the final list of risk factors in each region was obtained.Finally,43 items in the dormitory area,44 items in the experimental training area and36 items in the teaching area were revised,41 logistics support areas.(3)The analytic hierarchy process fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the building fire risk of ZY University.Based on the building fire risk list of dormitory area,experimental training area,teaching area and logistics support area,the AHP hierarchical structure model of each area is constructed.The first,second and third level indicators of dormitory area are 5,16 and 43 respectively,the first,second and third level indicators of experimental training area are 5,16 and 44 respectively,and the first,second and third level indicators of teaching area are 5,16 and 44 respectively The three-level indicators are 5,14 and 36 respectively,and the first,second and third level indicators of logistics support area are 5,16 and 41 respectively.In order to ensure the correct calculation,the index weights of level 1,2 and 3 are calculated by spsspro online data analysis platform during AHP calculation,and the Yaahp software is used to verify that the weight calculation is correct.Finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Yaahp software,based on the data scored by experts,it is concluded that the risk value of each area is clear and detailed.(4)Combined with the risk assessment results of each region of ZY University,the factors in the "high risk" range are regarded as the primary issues,the factors in the "high risk" range are regarded as secondary issues,and the rest are regarded as general issues.Put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:primary problems,secondary problems,general problems,risk control countermeasures and other suggestions.
