| With the application of supply chain management in domestic and foreign enterprises,while increasing corporate profits,it also brings potential risks to enterprises.A large number of facts have proved that changes in the internal and external environment of the enterprise will bring risks to the enterprise’s supply chain and affect the normal operation of the supply chain.In severe cases,the entire supply chain will be paralyzed.Therefore,how to effectively manage supply chain risks has become a research topic for experts,scholars and enterprises.Automobile companies have a typical supply chain network,the level of the enterprise’s supply chain determines the company’s market position.However,with the slowdown of economic development and the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry,auto sales have dropped significantly,and corporate profits have declined significantly.Problems in the automotive supply chain have also gradually increased,to a certain extent,affecting the normal operation of the supply chain.Therefore,studying the risk management of automobile supply chain can help automobile companies improve their ability to control risks,which is of great significance to the development of China’s automobile industry.This article takes company W as the research object,and in accordance with the risk management process,identifies the risks of company W’s automotive supply chain and builds a risk evaluation index system,which includes external environmental risks,supplier risks,logistics factor risks,and manufacturing process risks As well as the five categories of criteria-level risk indicators including partnership risk,the criteria-level risk indicators are further subdivided into 20 factor-level risk indicators.On the basis of risk identification,the company’s automotive supply chain risk is evaluated.In the evaluation process,this article first establishes the expert-judgment judgment matrix with the aid of analytic hierarchy process,and processes the relevant data through the MATLAB system to obtain the weight and ranking of the risk indicators of the criterion layer and the factor layer;Set,to lay the foundation for further fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;finally,the weight vector obtained by the analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the entire automotive supply chain and various risk factors to obtain the risk level of each criterion level factor.The highest risk level is Cooperative relationship risk,the other is the manufacturing process risk,logistics factor risk,supplier risk and external environmental risk.The overall risk level is Ⅲ,indicating that the overall risk of W’s automotive supply chain is at a medium level.Finally,according to the risk level of each criterion layer factor obtained by empirical analysis,the article proposes targeted risk control measures.Strategies for controlling the risks of cooperative relations:reaching strategic partnerships,achieving information sharing,and optimizing the structure of the automobile supply chain;strategies for controlling the risks of manufacturing processes:improving R&D capabilities,respecting talents,and implementing comprehensive risk management;strategies for controlling the risk of logistics factors:adopting zero inventory and classified inventory model,improving human resource system and using RFID technology;strategies for controlling supplier risk:adopting multi-supplier model,improving supplier review system and supplier incentives,etc.;strategies for controlling the risk of external environment:strengthening the interpretation of policies and regulations and risk transfer. |
