Consulting services are now playing an important role in the development of enterprise.The market of Lean In recent years,Consulting is also gradually expanding with the upgrading of the manufacturing.This paper introduces through the problems in the work practice,Combining with the author's many years of work experience to research on Standardization of Lean consulting services.Through standardized thinking,improve the status in the Auto parts team.Such as lack of guarantee delivery quality,Project delay and cost growth year by year.Ensure the satisfaction of the customer to build a strong foundation to support the business grow in a stable status.By using different ways to build and optimize the process of consulting service in the Auto Part team of T corporation.Such as discussion method,questionnaire survey method,experience summary method etc.,Standard process for consulting services to ensure the quality and delivery performance in the service process.Standardize the process of lean consulting services by designing and developing appropriate procedures and supporting documents.In this paper,The Autor study the application of the standardizing consulting services,covering the whole process,including the business visit,project investigation,project sign,project implementation,project finish and tracking service.Designing the template of visiting,which helps the sales consultant to collect the data clearly and prepare for the investigation.On-site research by analyzing the relationship among the lean modules.combined with current customer needs,look for the rules to design research content.Prepare the investigation program for the consultant to select.Based on the demand of the customer to design different levels implementation content,such as standard version,advanced version,high version.The consultant can quickly take the menu to finish one order to save more time for the communication with the customer,ensure the project content design to match the demand of the customer.The Autor also design the process to present the proposal including the content,structure and the ways to show to the customer,which support the consultant finishing the proposal.and accepted by the customer.Also considering the quality control and tracking of training,project quality control and project acceptance,tracking service.The study is within the Auto Parts Group in T corportaion.by using the standard ways to search a better way to develop the consulting business.This will help T corporation to build a good foundation for exploration and manage the whole process to lay a solid Basis.It's a good attempt of the standardization in the Auto part team in T corporation.Through the research of the process sequence,relationship of the consulting service process,it will be more systematic after optimization.modular investigation,the correlation among the lean implementation content,menu lean content design and so on are a new attempt.Reduce the lead time of project investigation,effectively design the proposal of the project,make the plan and foliow the implementation.For the training tracking,project management standards,project acceptance,Quality tracking.All standardized designs will easy control the key point in the service process.
