With the continuous expansion of urban scale and the increasing demand for municipal infrastructure,the construction of urban underground comprehensive corridor is rapidly developed under the support and encouragement of national policy and economy.However,there are many reasons for the underground pipe corridor in the late operation and maintenance management.The security of operation and maintenance management will face great challenges.Based on the existing problems in the development of comprehensive corridor in China at present,this paper fully analyzes the security risk factors in the stage of integrated corridor operation and maintenance,and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and Countermeasures in view of the key risk factors selected.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign research status,this paper concludes that the main problems of the comprehensive management and maintenance stage of China's comprehensive corridor are not unified management standards,many management units and difficult coordination and low level of operation and maintenance management.Combined with the problems of preliminary analysis,five major categories of risk factors affecting the safety of integrated management and maintenance management are analyzed by means of document sorting,causality analysis and expert investigation,which mainly include the management level,the corridor ontology,the corridor pipeline,the environmental factors and the operation and maintenance facilities in five aspects.Secondly,the relevant experts are invited to amend and evaluate the list of risk factors and evaluate the relationship between the risk factors.Then,the DEMATEL mathematical method and MATLAB software are used to analyzethe results of each expert's evaluation,and the impact strength of the risk factors in the whole system is clearly defined.The key risk factors are the disunity of the management system,the confusion of information management,the difficulty of coordinating the management team of operation and maintenance,and the low information level of the operation and maintenance equipment and facilities.The key risk factors are from three aspects,such as the standardization construction of operation and maintenance management,the establishment of efficient project management team and the promotion of information management technology.In detail,the contents of the standardization construction of operation and maintenance management system,the advantages of the project manager responsibility system applied to the management and maintenance team of the corridor and the BIM technology in the pipe corridor In order to realize the safe,efficient and intelligent operation of the integrated corridor,the methods and measures to avoid the risk were proposed in the aspects of the application and specific ideas of the integrated information management of the whole life cycle of the operation and maintenance of operation and maintenance.In this paper,through the analysis of the risk factors of the safe operation and maintenance of the comprehensive corridor,the key risk factors of the integrated corridor operation and maintenance management process are clarified,and the effective countermeasures are put forward for the key risk factors.It provides a reference for the safe operation and maintenance management of the comprehensive corridor and the safety of the integrated management and maintenance of the comprehensive corridor.Intelligence and accuracy have certain theoretical and practical significance.
