In recent years,with the close introduction of a series of national policies and financial support,the urban underground integrated utility tunnel project is in full swing in the whole country.However,the operation and maintenance management after completion is the focus of the development of the integrated utility tunnel.As the "lifeline" of the city,the integrated utility tunnel can be designed for one hundred years,so it is necessary to develop a safe,efficient and intelligent integrated utility tunnel operation and maintenance management system,so as to provide strong technical support and guarantee for the safe operation and information management of the urban integrated utility tunnel.This paper takes the urgent need to realize the informationization and intelligent operation and maintenance management of urban integrated utility tunnel as the background and premise.The user demand,environment demand,data demand and functional demand of operation and maintenance management of the urban integrated utility tunnel are analyzed in depth,and the main technical route for the construction of operation and maintenance management platform is clarified.Based on the above requirements analysis,the Internet plus mode,integrated geographic information system(GIS),building information model(BIM),Internet of things(IOT)technology in one,and the service-oriented architecture mode(SOA)are used to build the platform design framework from four dimensions:technical architecture,data architecture,network architecture and function.In order to realize the visualization of information management,digitalization of operation and maintenance management,and intelligence of emergency management,the construction of urban integrated utility tunnel operation and maintenance management platform mainly includes utility tunnel monitoring system,utility tunnel management system,BIM management system,utility tunnel office system and mobile APP inspection system.Taking Shenyang south canal integrated pipe gallery project as an example,this paper conducts further empirical research on the application effect of the platform function from the perspective of actual operation and maintenance.By summarizing up the application characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the operation and maintenance management platform,this paper proposes the later optimization direction combining big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence.Hope to realize the integration of urban underground pipe network management and become an important fulcrum of smart city.
