The development of underground utility tunnel has greatly promoted the development and utilization of my country’s underground space and promoted the improvement of my country’s urban infrastructure construction system.It has a major role in ensuring the stable operation of the city,rationally arranging the spatial layout,and improving the comfort of residents.The utility tunnel is an intensive body that integrates various pipelines such as electricity,communication,gas,water supply and drainage.The system is huge,involving multi-party pipeline operation and management organizations,and the service cycle can be as long as 100 years after completion.The internal environment is complicated.The operation and maintenance safety of the utility tunnel plays an important role in the normal life of residents.Therefore,the risk factors in the operation and maintenance stage of the underground utility tunnel are correctly identified and analyzed,and the risk action path is simulated by simulation.First,clarify related basic theories such as system engineering and risk management,and analyze and identify the utility tunnel through the relevant research on the utility tunnel operation and maintenance process that affects the operation and maintenance security,combined with the security characteristics of the utility tunnel operation and maintenance The security risk factors in the operation and maintenance process are systematically classified to form a list of risk factors;Secondly,by studying the coupling mechanism of pipeline corridor operation and maintenance safety risk,qualitative analysis of the coupling relationship of system risk factors is conducted,and use two methods to determine the weight of each risk index,and a coupling degree model is established to obtain the risk relationship between each subsystem degree of coupling;Then use the weight coefficient and coupling degree value obtained by the risk coupling as the initial conditions for the system dynamics simulation analysis,establish the environment-pipeline system coupling risk causal loop diagram,and simulate the risk level of the coupled system through Vensim PLE software.Adjust variable parameters and perform sensitivity analysis on the system;Finally,based on the principle of safety risk decoupling,risk prevention and control measures are proposed to achieve the goal of prevention and at the same time reduce the safety risk of utility tunnel operation and maintenance.
