| With the continuous development of utility tunnel,a large number of utility tunnel has been put into use,so the operation and maintenance management of pipe gallery has gradually become a research hotspot.Risk evaluation of operation and maintenance is an important means to improve the efficiency of utility tunnel operation and maintenance management.Existing methods take the static data as evaluation data,and focus on researching algorithm to improve the evaluation accuracy.However,due to the lack of consideration of the influence of operation and maintenance status changes on the evaluation results,the existing studies are difficult to reflect the dynamic risk changes of utility tunnel.In addition,risk decision support based on risk assessment results still needs to be improved to provide comprehensive risk management.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of utility tunnel operation and maintenance management,this paper proposes a comprehensive utility tunnel operation and maintenance management method based on dynamic risk assessment method and knowledge graph.In terms of dynamic risk assessment.First,FMEA is used to identify risks,analyze the complex risk sources and identify risk relationships,and then establish the FMEA assessment mechanism of utility tunnel.On the basis of expert evaluation,access dynamic monitoring data as evaluation data,and then use cloud model algorithm to deal with the data uncertainty problems.Then the iterative method of risk data is established based on the cloud integrated algorithm,which effectively integrates static data and dynamic data,and obtains continuously revised dynamic data to reflect real-time risk.Finally,the cloud model-grey correlation analysis method is used to realize risk ranking,so as to deal with the complex risk relationship of utility tunnel operation and maintenance and solve the risk coupling problem.The core of risk management based on assessment results is knowledge graph technology.connect the maintenance knowledge to the component-risk mapping relationship obtained from the FMEA assessment mechanism,establish a knowledge map structure,and supplement the risk ranking results to establish an operation and maintenance risk knowledge map,which can provide risk visual analysis and maintenance knowledge reasoning.In turn,the prototype of the utility tunnel operation and maintenance management system can be established to assist decision-making through two scenarios of daily operation and disease maintenance.Finally,this article takes the actual utility tunnel project as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. |
