Values Cognition And Protection Of The Early Living Area Of FAW From The Perspective Of "Danwei-Community Units"

The "Danwei system",which originated from the super-large state-owned enterprises after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,was the institutional framework and organizational unit of the institutional foundation of China before the reform and opening up." Danwei community" is a new residential space form with "unit system",which has the characteristics of high integration of production and life."Danwei-community units" refers to the group of spatial form and community relations formed in "unit community".The early living area of Changchun FAW is a representative of the " Danwei community " built during the "1st Five-Year Plan" period.Its "neighborhood style" spatial planning and layout and the governance model of unit community are rare samples for the study of social urban planning and residential space of the unit.Research on the early living area of FAW mainly discussed the overall living area or focused on a certain kind of living area space,and lacked the research on the level of building groups.This paper in the perspective of " Danwei-community units ",faw early living area as the research object,on the basis of literature research and field research,more in-depth and comprehensive understanding and the analysis of the old living quarters of faw,spatial logic,the structure of the social relations and the development of their relations,and attempts to put forward from place to place,since the update utilization strategy and scheme of.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and summarizes the relevant research trends at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces "unit system" and " Danwei community ",and constructs the concept of " Danweicommunity units ".The third and fourth chapters mainly expatiate the evolution process of "unit community unit" in FAW living area,and summarize its rules and characteristics.The fifth chapter carries on the value cognition to the early living area of FAW,and puts forward the corresponding protection and utilization strategy and scheme.Through the study on the evolution law of living quarters and the protection and utilization of living quarters,the following understandings can be drawn: in the evolution law,the whole development process of living quarters presents the "systemspace" influence time sequence;Different units evolve into particularities due to the differences in location conditions and spatial forms,showing the characteristics of "convergence in a small range,differences in a large range",and the boundary of units is becoming increasingly clear.Danwei-community structure is not immutable under the influence of spatial form,and is affected by many factors such as system,age and community foundation.In the protection and utilization scheme,the analysis of the overall structure of the living area and the characteristics of each unit can find out the opportunities and possibilities in the site,and transform the original disadvantaged development unit into the superior unit.Integrating all kinds of superior resources in the region can construct the overall development idea and create the cultural brand of the city and the enterprise.
