Research On The Spatial Reconstruction Strategy Of Living Streets In Old Communities In Lan Zhou From The Perspective Of "Micro-Renewal"

Living street space is the public space with high coverage rate and utilization rate in old urban communities,and it is the main place for residents to travel in daily life in old urban communities.With the development of The Times,as the urban stock space,the living street space of the old community has been unable to meet the growing living needs of the community residents,How to transform the living street space to avoid it becoming the lost space of the city has become the direction of our continuous exploration.This paper takes the living streets of old urban communities as the research object and aims to explore the strategy of spatial transformation and improvement of living streets from the perspective of micro-renewal.By sorting out the theoretical research and practical experience related to the concept of micro-renewal and living street space,the relationship between the concept of micro-renewal and the transformation of living street space is found,It provides a research basis for the research on the spatial reconstruction strategy of living streets in old communities in Lanzhou from the perspective of micro-renewal.It is clear that the research on the reconstruction strategy of living street space in old urban communities from the perspective of micro-renewal is not to study the street standing on the street,but to follow the concept of micro-renewal,The renovation of the living street space should be started to promote the overall renewal of the street,and then the renewal of the community and even the city.Selecting typical old communities in Lanzhou,the street level and function classification of the living street space in the community are carried out,and the form of the living street space is grasped comprehensively.In accordance with the concept of micro-renewal,the living street space is divided into whole parts,First,the living street space is divided into four spatial elements: traffic landscape,rest,communication and architectural function,The problems of different spatial elements of living streets were investigated and analyzed respectively with specific problems as the orientation,Then the relationship between each spatial element and the overall street space and the urban area and even the city is analyzed.To grasp the problems existing in the living street space of the old communities in Lanzhou from the perspective of micro-renewal.Based on the micro-renewal perspective,this paper puts forward the specific transformation methods and spatial effects of the living street space in the old communities of Lanzhou,and puts forward the transformation principles and strategies of the living street space in the old communities of Lanzhou from the micro-renewal perspective according to the transformation methods.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the renovation of the old community living street space in Lanzhou should divide the whole street space into several space elements and analyze the specific problems,Then local micro-reconstruction is carried out by means of micro-renewal.Meanwhile,the reconstruction needs to pay attention to the relationship between living street space,block units and the city,That is to promote the renewal of community block units and even cities through the transformation of living street space.
