Since the 1990 s,China's urbanization has accelerated,with the transformation of industrial transformation and tertiary industry in large and medium-sized cities,the urban function has been transformed and the population has grown.In the process of renewal of the old city,there will be a lot of enterprise relocation and demolition of abandoned buildings,which will in some way result in environmental pollution and waste of the heritage construction resources.Of course,there are plenty of legacy buildings.Among them,the re-use of rented old factory buildings is not only to adapt to the new requirements,but also to perform function updating and space reconstruction.And it needs to be reversibility,not to be demolished and rebuilt,or to make big changes to its original structure.Therefore,according to this restriction,the transformation of the leased old plant is combined with the reversibility of the loft model,and in the update of its internal space,the loft model is implanted.The rise of the loft began in the New York SOHO area after world war ii,where artists used the open space of old factory buildings and industrial ancillary buildings to transform themselves into free places for their own lives and work.Since then,industrial buildings have been closely aligned with loft culture.Today,loft culture has become the symbol of modern urban fashion,and the loft style of old plant space transformation is more abundant.However,most of the renovation of old buildings emphasizes the artistic quality of space,while ignoring the green energy saving design of modern architecture.This paper focuses on the transformation of the space loft model and the application of green energy saving technology in the leasing of the old plant.The paper firstly introduces relevant concepts,limits the scope of research,makes clear the purpose and significance of research,and explains the research contents and methods.On the basis of summarizing the development situation at home and abroad,the author puts forward the innovation point and research framework of this paper.Through research and consult literature at home and abroad,to study the status quo of transformation of old factory building and the insufficiency,one by one,analyzes its types and characteristics of internal space and the way of energy saving,and the loft mode combined with rent old building characteristics,puts forward the evaluation standard "restorable limit".Papers focus on rent old factory loft mode for internal space transformation way and type,and the corresponding function matching and use requirements,combined with the evaluation standard,discusses the relevant strategies are applicable.The research of green energy saving and reforming strategy in the inner space of the leasing old plant is the focus of this paper.The main discussion is how to use green energy saving technology to transform and to use the technology which is suitable for the old plant.Based on the evaluation criteria and the characteristics of the loft model,the paper discusses the application of the related modification methods and techniques.On the basis of the study,in the modification of its space,function,adaptability,green energy-saving reform have put forward the corresponding optimization strategy and the corresponding steps,draw according to the different situation of different modification methods and technology strategy.Combined with examples and design practice analysis,the adaptability of the transformation strategy is verified.
