Science and technology and the enhancement,the rapid development of economy and transportation makes the car occupies a pivotal position in people's life,people more and more dependent on the use of the car as a vehicle of choice for travel.However,with the increase of car use,all kinds of auto related traffic accident had been happened,so for the safety of the car crash analysis research is still the focus of the modern automobile industry research topic.This paper analyzes the research status of vehicle collision safety analysis,according to the basic theory and research method of the finite element method,the structure of automobile collision safety analysis and optimization,through the finite element pre-treatment Hypermesh software to study the vehicle finite element model is established,and then using LSDYNA finite element model with simulation for reprocessing,obtained the relevant safety analysis results,at the same time,cooperate with relevant experimental study,the collision simulation results are analyzed and optimized.This paper analyzes the possible results of the car in the collision course according to different collision modes.The main research of the subject is as follows:(1)The design selects the main parameters and basic components of the vehicle model,and makes the finite element model of the vehicle.Vehicle model of reference literature,and through actual measurement and related manual car key data,in CAE 3D software to establish the geometric model of the vehicle.The simplification of some components,such as passengers,engine,radiator parts such as simplified into solid element,the component material characteristic parameters of vehicle model with reference to the provisions of the relevant literature.(2)Simulating a head-on collision between a car and a rigid wall.Analysis of deformation in the collision process components,such as the car's bumper,beams,and the stress analysis and acceleration analysis and energy analysis,the corresponding optimization.(3)Simulating the side impact of the vehicle.The deflection of the analysis of vehicle parts in side crash process,such as A column,column and side B car doors,and stress analysis and acceleration analysis and energy analysis,the corresponding optimization.Through the above several parts of the vehicle collision in finite element analysis,combining the theory of reliability theory and the modern design method,research the ideal solution,accordingly the structure optimization design of car parts.
