| Bus is one of the most important means of transport for pople traveling during the trip.It is to high-speed,large-scale,new energy and other directions.The hybrid bus play the role of new energy-saving passenger vehicle,it not only ensure the power of the bus,but also meet the requirements of of green traffic in new era.At present,most of the domestic and foreign regulations on the safety of buses is for the body structure,vehicle installation and accessories requirement,as well as the collision safety requirements of the rollover,there is no clear standard for the front collision safety,Lack of evaluation for the front impact safety.In order to fully understand the strength of the bus structure and the collision safety,the simulation analysis of the front collision is carried out,the research on the improvement of the front collision safety have become one of the research directions of the collision safety,which is of great significance and foresight.Based on the finite element analysis software Hyperworks and ls-dyna,the frontal collision simulation analysis of the Dongfeng EQ6110 hybrid bus is carried out,according to the relevant standards at home and abroad(GB11551-2014 "Passenger protection of passenger car frontal collision" and ECE R94 "frontal collision occupant protection").A series of collision safety problems are analyzed,such as body deformation,driver’s living space,door deformation,centroid acceleration and acceleration of the driver’s seat floor,and the the collision safety of hybrid bus is evaluated.Aiming at the result of collision analysis,two kinds of schemes which increase the anti-collision beam structure and replace the front part skeleton are carried out to improve collision safety performance of the hybrid bus,and the simulation analysis of the improved hybrid bus is carried out.By comparing the results of the analysis,it is shown that increasing the anti-collision beam can effectively improve the buffer energy absorption characteristics of the hybrid bus,reduce the deformation of the front of the vehicle body and increase the living space of the driver,and reduce the collision acceleration and improve the collision safety of the hybrid bus.In this paper,the evaluation index on the frontal collison of the hybrid bus is discussed.The finite element numerical simulation method is used to provide a reference for the further analysis of the collision safety of the hybrid bus. |
