| The aging population first appeared in the developed countries.With the social and economic development,the aging population also gradually emerged and became more and more prominent in developing countries.In the past ten years,the population aging in our country has shown the characteristics of a large base of elderly population,rapid growth,aging and vacant nesting,which has led to the problem of aging of the elderly.Huludao began to enter the aging society in 1999 and has now reached a stage of rapid development of aging.The problem of insufficient supporting facilities for the elderly population has become increasingly prominent.In this context,the research on the layout of pension facilities in Huludao has an important practical significance for alleviating the pressure on pension and maintaining social stability.According to the research,the core part of the dissertation can be divided into three parts:the investigation on the current situation of the aged in the center area of Huludao and the demands of the aged,the research on the appropriate mode of the elderly in the center area of Huludao and the corresponding pension facility system,Influencing Factors and Planning Strategy of Pension Facilities in Urban Downtown Area.In the center area of Huludao,pension status and the demands of the elderly survey,divided into the spatial distribution of pension status and pension demands of the survey two parts.The spatial distribution of pension status is divided into three aspects:the spatial distribution of the elderly there are young age structure,self-care and occupy the proportion of up to the spatial distribution of the characteristics of the old city.Spatial distribution of pension facilities is characterized by uneven distribution of facilities,significant regional differences and dislocation with the distribution of the elderly population.Pension model in the status quo to home-based pension.There are three surveys on the demands of pension services:The demand for pension services places the highest priority on health care and health services.The demand for pension facilities mainly considers diversity and convenience,and the proportion of agency old-age care demands increases for the demand for pension services.In the study of proper pension system and corresponding pension system in the center area of Huludao,"2 + X" pension model was selected,that is,"home-based retirement model,agency pension model + medical-health combined model." The corresponding pension service is divided into two parts:home-based pension model to supplement the main activities,agency care model to nursing-based care services.The corresponding pension facility system consists of two parts:the agency pension facility includes three types of facilities at both the city and district levels,and the home-based pension facility includes two types of facilities at the street level.In the discussion of influential factors and planning strategies of pension facilities layout in the center area of Huludao,the paper first summarizes the influencing factors of the spatial layout of pension facilities in the center area of Huludao with government decision-making,market investment and space environment.Secondly,the paper puts forward that the strategy of spatial distribution of pension facilities in the center area of Huludao is based on the demand of layout,the measure of resources and the policy of investment protection.Finally,the spatial distribution of pension facilities in the center area of Huludao has been planned.There are 29 aged care facilities planned,among which there are 9 aged care facilities,which are divided into city and district levels.The home care facilities will provide home-based elderly service centers and community daytime Construction of care rooms combined,a total of 20. |
