The increase in the proportion of the elderly population in Beijing has led to an ever-increasing number of older people, and the pension problems that have been brought about have gradually become hot topics in the society.Among them, the urban community has the largest share of the elderly population in the existing community, and the pension problem is even more prominent. The increasingly prominent “421” family structure makes it difficult to sustain the traditional home-based pension system. The institutional suburbanization of pensions is serious, and the vacancy rate of beds is high. However,it is difficult to obtain a bed in the city center, and the problem has become increasingly prominent. On the one hand,it is difficult to create old-age care facilities because of the tense conditions of community-owned land.On the other hand, the construction of old-age care facilities rests on basic construction such as beds, and the concern for old-age care quality is relatively low, resulting in a single function of existing old-age care facilities in existing communities. The monotony of the environment is deficient in the comfort and rationality of the facilities and it is difficult to meet the daily life and emotional needs of the elderly. In response to the above issues, the author first conducted a survey on the actual state of residential pension facilities in Beijing, and learned about the distribution of residential pension facilities through data research and on-the-spot investigations.Second, the existing public facilities in existing communities were investigated to understand the current situation. There are types and contents of public resources that provide a basis for the feasibility and compound model of existing residential care facilities;Third, location overview of residential care facilities, types of elderly people and service personnel, construction space layout, space environment, and services Indepth research on management methods and other aspects, and observation and record of the elderly living behavior patterns in the facility, summarized and summarized.Finally,"one-on-one" interviews are conducted with the elderly in the facility to fully understand the needs of the elderly for the elderly care facilities.Through on-the-spot investigations and questionnaires analysis of existing community and residential pension facilities, combined with related theories of environmental behaviors, elderly psychology and emotional design,we summarized the emotional changes of elderly facilities and adopted “active aging”.And "emotional compensation" perspective to analyze the emotional needs of the elderly.Through comparison and analysis of outstanding foreign design cases, analysis of the emotional demand-oriented model for the construction of old-age care facilities, the optimization strategies and methods for existing community-based residential care facilities are proposed..Through the study of this thesis, from the perspective of the emotional needs of the elderly,we propose to optimize the optimization and methods of living-in-pension facilities in existing communities, with a view to helping the improvement of existing community-based old-age care facilities and the construction of old-age care facilities in future communities.
