Research On The Application Of Organic Architecture Theory In The Design Of Residental Space In The Northwest Of Shandong Province

In the northwest of Shandong Province,traditional residential houses form the original organic architecture which is based on adapting to the natural climate,regional materials,multi-cultural blending and meeting the livability under the influence of geographical position,natural environment,cultural features and economic factors.It places importance on the practicality of the residential space and reflects the characteristics of regional folk culture in furnishings and decoration.But nowadays,as the convergence of design culture and the improvement of technological level,the spatial form of traditional residential houses has gradually lost its advantages and become the accessories of urban residential patterns.It has started the pursuit of local architecture and maintained a strong momentum since the master of modern architecture Frank Wright created organic architecture in the 40 s of last century.The theory of organic architecture which conforms to the natural environment is a kind of regional architectural design concept.In fact,it is the perfection and development of the local architecture in the process of continuous development and renewal.It pursues the correspondence between buildings and environment and the connection with times,emphasizes the use of nonlinear and holistic organic structure language to express the architectural form,highlights the substantive characteristics of the building and focuses on the construction of spatial culture and the shaping of natural attributes.It reflects the essence that living space of residential architectures are gradually lost.Therefore,based on the theory of organic architecture,this paper makes an in-depth study on the regional characteristics,the times and the humanity of the residential space so as to solve the convergent current pattern of residential space and the situation of the loss of authenticity,reconstruct the residential houses and shape the livable living space which is more close to life and return to essence in the northwest of Shandong province.The theory is divided into three parts:The first part(Chapter 1-2): The basic theory of the paper.In the first chapter,the author analyzes the core and characteristics of the organic architectural theory from its formation background to the three stages development.In the second chapter,the author summarizes the spatial characteristics of the traditional folk houses,the use of the interior culture and regional materials in the northwest of Shandong Province according to cultural deposits.It analyzes and compares the correlation between the traditional residential space and the organic architecture,especially the original organic properties of traditional residential houses in the northwest of Shandong Province.The second part(the 3 chapter): Research on the present situation of the residential space of the traditional folk houses and the discovery of specific problems in the northwest of Shandong province.Analysis and summary of the reasons for the loss of organic property in the traditional residential space in the northwest of Shandong province.The third part(Chapter 4-5): This paper tries to solve the spatial similarity of the design of the residential space,the loss of organic property and reconstruct the real livable residential space form between the balance of spirit and material by combing with the present situation of residential space in the northwest of Shandong province and using the the organic architectural theory.
