The Traditional Architecture Construction Techniques Of Northwestern Shandong Province

The research object of this thesis is the traditional construction technique of northwestern Shandong province.The author based on the traditional settlement of a large number of field research,visited to traditional craftsmen,and recorded,summarized and classified the regional characteristics of the traditional construction techniques of in folk architecture,and the formation factors of traditional building skills in the region.The author also made a deep understanding of the development process and cultural connotations provided basic information and technical support for the future study of the protection and activation of in traditional construction techniques of northwestern Shandong.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,determines the research object and research scope of this thesis,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,combs and finds the current research status and omissions,and puts forward the technical route for the research of the thesis.The second chapter sorts out and combs the northwestern region of northwestern Shandong's traditional settlements and historical building resources,on the basis of which to establish the research content and research ideas.The third chapter sums up influential factors of in traditional construction skills from two aspects of natural conditions and social environment.The fourth chapter,adopting“the macroscopic-mesoscopic-microscopic order” explores the application of traditional construction techniques in the form of villages,street layouts and courtyard spaces.The fifth chapter discusses the materialized content of the creation techniques and explains in detail the individual buildings in the traditional courtyards in northwestern Shandong.The sixth chapter is the key of this thesis aiming at each step from site selection to construction completion in the traditional building construction,this paper sums up the Craftsman division of labor,regulation standard and partial project.Finally,the paper summarizes the traditional techniques of traditional northwestern construction,and proposes solutions for the protection of historical buildings and the inheritance of traditional construction techniques in northwestern Shandong.
